LuminoKrom® photoluminescent paint, Securing a cycle path, a dangerous bend and a crossing

The “Médoc Atlantique” Community of Municipalities – Municipality of Carcans deploys LuminoKrom® photoluminescent paint to strengthen the development of its cycling area in a tourist area. The luminescent marking was carried out by the Eiffage Route Sud-Ouest / Alinea Signalisation teams.

Several sensitive areas have been treated with this luminous markup. On the one hand, the securing of a dangerous sloping bend on the cycle path by the photoluminescent marking of the two bank strips and on the other hand the crossing of a main road with the marking of the STOP lanes.

Feedback on the contribution of LuminoKrom® luminous paint, user comment:

Pedestrian, user of the site “It’s great to be able to find your way around at night, especially to delimit the bend and the approaches to the road. We also come in winter and the place is particularly dark. It’s a simple and clever to secure a site by creating a luminous guide. Why do not all the cities of France equip their cycling area? “
