PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – Photoluminescent adhesive tape for indoor and outdoor uses

LuminoKrom® Class G adhesive tape incorporates patented photoluminescent technology developed by OliKrom. Its smart pigments store light from daylight or artificial sources and then gradually release it in the dark. This coating thus ensures prolonged visibility in both indoor and outdoor environments.

With some of the highest luminescence performance on the market (Class G according to CE ISO 17398) and enhanced adhesion, our adhesive guarantees reliable and durable signage in all conditions. How to apply Class G photoluminescent adhesive tape?

Applying LuminoKrom® Class G photoluminescent adhesive tape is quick, intuitive and requires no special tools.

To ensure optimal adhesion and long-lasting luminescence, it is essential to carefully prepare the surface: it must be clean, dry, smooth and free of dust or grease before application. On exterior surfaces, be sure to remove any traces of moisture, pollution or micro-relief that could affect the quality of the bond.

Thanks to its high-performance adhesive, Classe G tape offers excellent adhesion to many materials, even in demanding outdoor conditions.

Once applied, the tape recharges naturally in daylight or artificial light and emits an intense green glow in the dark, providing autonomous, durable and maintenance-free marking. If necessary, it can be easily removed or repositioned without damaging the surface.

Installation steps for our photoluminescent adhesive tape

Prepare the surface: thoroughly clean the area to be marked, then dry it completely.
Position the tape on the surface (wall, floor, door, equipment or technical structure).
Apply even pressure along the entire length to ensure perfect adhesion.
Cut cleanly to the desired length using scissors or a suitable cutter.
Allow to recharge: when exposed to natural or artificial light, the tape stores light energy and ensures stable luminescence, providing prolonged visibility even in unlit outdoor environments.

What is glow-in-the-dark adhesive tape?

Phosphorescent adhesive tape is a self-adhesive photoluminescent strip capable of storing light and releasing it in the dark, without the need for a power supply or maintenance. Where can LuminoKrom® Class E adhesive tape be used?

How does LuminoKrom® phosphorescent ribbon work?

What is the difference between LuminoKrom® E-Class adhesive tape and the C-Class version?

LuminoKrom® Class E tape offers extended luminescence for up to 7 hours indoors, compared with around 4 to 5 hours for the Class C version. This extended life makes it a strategic tool for industrial safety, particularly suited to business continuity plans. While the C-Class meets the need for rapid evacuation in the event of an emergency, the E-Class guarantees lasting visibility throughout an extended lighting outage.
