In critical industries, the power supply may be cut off voluntarily and for a long time, to prevent a chemical hazard, an industrial risk, a risk of explosion, a gas leak,.... It then becomes essential to ensure the visibility of critical areas, such as server rooms, control rooms, emergency facilities, access routes for intervention teams, or paths to vital medical equipment and storage warehouses. Organization in hazardous areas
As a photoluminescent marking, LuminoKrom® emits no heat, sparks or flames, making it an intrinsically safe solution for delimiting danger zones. In these ATEX (Atmosphères Explosibles) locations, critical areas such as valve locations, emergency shut-off devices, and storage areas for flammable substances, can be marked with luminescent marking to remain visible without relying on a power supply. The need for lights is then solved by lighting beacons.
